What a plastisol achievement on Elastane fabric
What's the best advice to print high elastane band or extremely elastic substrates? Water base rubber ink? It is a good option but not the best. Plastisol is not a bad idea to be considered with a number of good reasons. It won't dry on the screen and it gives higher film deposit with much less print if compared to water base system.
Primus-PLAST 720PF Extender Base is a high solid phthalates free ink or a supplement additive to the lack ability of conventional plastisol inks. Extender Base empowers the more elasticity on the first coat or add with plastisol colors as an additive. In general, it backs up the need while elastane is there!!!
