Recently, Primus found some Fake lable or unofficial label in market. To avoid any argument & Disturbance of our market managment, Primus is providing a New update policy to our distributing partners on the protection of our partner ship to earase the concerns in the market:
- Unofficial Label or Re-Label issue
Primus will not accept any unofficial labels that weren't approved by Primus official or re-label products. To avoid any arguments on the Primusinks warranty, PRIMUS only accepts the original Label for Primusinks. Any unofficial labels of PRIMUS or violations used will not be considered in the guarantee policy scope of Any Primus official Certificates or Documents.
According to the On-site audits of Brand buyers, any nominated manufacturers or Raw Materials suppliers will have to conform with RSL or MRSL and local legal conformity or foundmantal comformity. Any production process has be conformed with the standards and the raw materials are being used in production line has to be original label and mentioned the detials to compliant with Certificates for permition to use on Brand buyers' products. Primus follows both local legal & foundmantal comformity to provide our users on the same and in market.
Why the Label is important:
1. Official label is regarded as the approval of Primus Products.
2. It is the sources and date of expiration and mostly care the warranty.
