This product series is a water base ink developed to produce Pearl Looking Effect by direct printing on fabric. The paste itself is composed and formulated by pearl powder which maintain very stable and consistency outlook for a long period of time. A ready product to use, it is available for golden and silver shade.

Guidance:
 

• Use 80-100 t/in mesh (31-39 t/cm)
• Avoid wet on wet printing application.
• Direct to use. To meet superior wash, adding Additive Xlinker JF 2-4% by weight is necessary.
• Pearl Silver Shimmer can be mixed with pigments to perform other colorful pearl effects.

Precautions:
 

• Keep the screen in the flooded position while print stops. Or, go for screen wash during a temporary stop.
• Containers must maintain air-tight seal while not in use.
• During Production, heat application can be applied to speed up the process. Failure to cure ink at recommended time and temperature may result in poor wash fastness.
• To avoid spoilage, only mix Additive Xlinker Low Cure which can be consumed in 4 hours.
• Screen must be prepared with water-resist emulsion to prevent stencil breakdown.
• Any application not referred in this Product Information should be Pre-tested or consulted with Primus Technical Service Prior to Print.

Printing Parameters:

	100% Cotton/Blended		Cure: 150℃ x 1.5 minutes
	Durometer: 60-70  Edge: Rounded or Sharp		80-120t/in(31-47t/cm)
	Additive Xlinker JF 2-4% by weight. Additive Retarder 3% Max. by weight.		5-40℃ Use within one year of receipt. Avoid exposing under direct sunlight. Keep drums sealed tight at all times
